Late Sept-Oct 2017

We consider our home to be ours, our castle, our refuge, our domain where we alone are in charge. We make our own house rules, and our word is the final say on how things are done there. But with this attitude we can easily to shut out God when it comes to how we live inside our own four walls.

But God loves us too much to leave our homes alone, because we tend to make a royal mess of things on our own. What goes on inside our homes can also be transformed by the life-giving good news of who God is and what he has done. How do we talk to each other? What ideas are living in our home life? Is God ever mentioned, and if so how? When and with whom can or should we make a home? In this series, we will look at what the Bible has to teach us about living out the gospel within our own four walls, so that God can also be our God at home
